Join your friends in an action packed sports training class. We will focus on individual and competitive fun sports. Relay races, scavenger hunts, ob-stacle courses, and field training. Kids will learn social-emotional skills of teamwork, perseverance, determination and following direction skills all while having fun and being physically active outdoors and indoors.
