In Spring Into Science: Sweet Treats & Edible Science, students will explore the fascinating chemistry and physics behind their favorite sweets. From making rock candy and edible slime to experimenting with the science of chocolate tempering and fizzy sherbet reactions, each lesson will combine fun, food, and STEM learning. Through interactive experiments and tasty creations, students will discover the magic of kitchen science while creating delicious treats to enjoy.
