All SCOPE Child Care programs are licensed by the New York State Office of Children & Family Services and are operated in public schools on Long Island.

SCOPE, Long Island’s leading education services provider, is pleased to provide a ACT Prep course that aligns with the test format. Given in December 2025, the test supports college readiness with a clear focus on the skills and knowledge that matter most for college success.
