Frost & flour Winter Baking Academy 

This course takes students behind the scenes of what makes great baking truly great. Using real ovens and authentic kitchen equipment, young chefs will explore core baking methods—creaming, folding, blind baking, dough shaping, temperature control, and creative finishing—while creating winter-themed treats such as snowflake sugar cookies, winter spice muffins, mini rustic bread loaves, hot chocolate cupcakes, hand pies or tarts, cinnamon swirl pull-apart bread, and gingerbread snack cakes. Students will gain confidence in the kitchen as they learn safety, precision, and the science behind successful baking, making this the perfect course for bakers who love to create, experiment, and enjoy their delicious results.
