Step into a professional kitchen and compete in the ultimate American culinary showdown! In this hands-on afternoon program, students will use real ovens and commercial kitchen equipment to prepare, cook, and present classic and modern American dishes. Participants will build foundational culinary skills including knife safety, baking techniques, roasting, seasoning, timing, plating, and kitchen teamwork. Each session features timed cook-off style challenges inspired by regional American cuisine, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and culinary innovation. The program culminates in a final team cook-off where students showcase their skills in a friendly, high-energy competition.
