Our Early Morning Enrichment Program is designed to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and build essential skills in a fun and engaging environment. Convenient hours for families, drop off is at LFH at 6:45 AM and scholars are brought or bussed to their daily classrooms

To introduce scholars to basic, crochet, techniques including the slip knot and chain stitch, single-double, half-double and triple stitch crochet and equip scholars with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently create crochet projects by mastering basic stitches and techniques, allowing them to develop fine motor skills, creativity, and the ability to follow patterns while producing a variety of handmade items.

AI & Machine Learning Basics Discover the power of artificial intelligence and how it’s shaping the world around us! In this introductory course, students will explore the fundamentals of AI and machine learning, from data science and pattern recognition to the logic behind smart algorithms. Through hands-on projects, students will experiment with machine learning models, analyze real-world applications, and discuss the ethical implications of AI in society. Creative Writing & Storytelling Skills: Writing, self-expression, creative thinking NYS Learning Standards: ELA, Arts (media arts) Course Ideas: Students write short stories, scripts, or poetry and create visual or multimedia presentations of their work. Unleash your creativity in this engaging writing and media arts course! Students will craft original short stories, scripts, or poetry while exploring different forms of self-expression. Through hands-on projects, they will transform their written works into visual or multimedia presentations, blending storytelling with artistic elements.
