Step into a cozy winter kitchen where creativity and chocolate come together! In this hands-on enrichment course, students will craft a variety of delicious no-bake desserts and chocolate treats while learning essential culinary skills like melting, molding, mixing, and decorating. Each week features a new festive project — from snowflake bark, chocolate truffles, and peppermint pretzel wands to hot cocoa mix jars, chocolate-dipped marshmallow snowmen, and edible candy cane bouquets. Students will also explore creative presentation, packaging, and flavor combinations while practicing teamwork, patience, and the science behind chocolate and confections. A perfect blend of culinary exploration, hands-on learning, and seasonal fun, this workshop is sure to delight every young chocolatier!
