Each day, kids will learn new culinary skills as they create delicious, colorful treats using fresh ingredients and spices. Perfect for beginner chefs, Summer Seaside Cooking is a tasty, fun-filled adventure into island flavors and kitchen creativity! No nuts are used in this course but we cannot guarantee any cross contamination, products produced in facilities with nuts, or other specific allergy requests.

Families register for everyday of the month for an amazing program that provides... 3:00PM (DISMISSAL) TO 5:05PM DAILY. STARTS FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL OPERATES EVERY FULL SCHOOL DAY AT EACH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CURRICULUM DESIGNED FOR K-1 STUDENTS - LESSONS IN STEM, FINE ARTS, & MOVEMENT ACTIVITIES IN ROBOTICS, TECH & GAMING When registering you will be charged for September. Then, recurring payments will occur starting September 15 for October, and will proceed each 15th of the month until May 15, 2025. If you wish to remove a child from the program you must inform us before the 15th of the month prior so we can stop the automatic payment. With this registration you will not have to re-register each month, you must maintain a card on file, which will be automatically charged monthly on the 15th of the month.

For students entering grades K-6. Lessons in reading comprehension, phonics and decoding, writing and math. Students will have daily brain breaks and an educational nature walk.

Students will experience three courses each afternoon including 45 minutes of STEM lessons, 45 minutes of fine arts activities, and 45 minutes of physical activities and movement each day. * If students are continuing from morning enrichment, they must bring a bagged lunch. They will be supervised by SCOPE staff during lunch until 12:30 and then begin our amazing lessons and activities. *If your child would like to participate in the afternoon only, they can be dropped off at 12:30pm.

In parallel, students will delve into the world of cybersecurity, where they'll learn how to protect digital systems and data from threats. Topics covered include encryption, ethical hacking, and the importance of online safety. By the end of the course, students will be able to write basic code that powers AI and learn how to safeguard information in an increasingly connected world. This course offers a blend of coding skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking to give students a strong foundation in two of the most dynamic fields in technology today. No prior experience is necessary, just a curiosity to learn and explore the digital future!
