An Online Summer Coding Journey for Grades K–2
Pack your imagination and power up your curiosity—Code Explorers: Adventures in Gaming is blasting off this summer! In this exciting 6-week virtual course, young coders in grades K–2 will hop online each Monday night for a one-hour adventure through the magical world of beginner-friendly coding.
Using interactive tools like ScratchJr and fun unplugged activities, students will learn to program playful characters, create mini stories, and solve silly coding puzzles—all while building confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Each week brings a new "mission" as we explore the basics of sequences, loops, and logic in a kid-friendly way. Guided by a live instructor over Zoom, Code Explorers will share their ideas, collaborate in real time, and celebrate their discoveries together!
No experience necessary—just bring your imagination and get ready to code, create, and explore!
