Sibling Discounts MAY BE offered for ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS ONLY. REFER TO YOUR DISTRICT PAGE. Discount should be applied to the course with the lowest fee

Policies & Procedures:

• EDM Monthly tuition is non-refundable. 
• All general enrichment refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, if requested prior to the refund deadline.
• Once a course has begun, we are unable to process refunds for any reason.
• Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction.
• Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
• A minimum of 15 students is required for each course to run. SCOPE reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment.

• Students are expected to attend every session.
• Full participation and consistent attendance are required.
• Early dismissals cannot be accommodated.
• Late arrivals and early pickups may disrupt the program and may not be accommodated.
• Repeated absences may result in dismissal from the program.

• Students are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a warning or removal from the program.

• Snacks are not provided. Families may send a nut-free snack with their child if desired.
• Please ensure all personal items are labeled. SCOPE is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings.
