Enrollment & Refunds

  • EDM Monthly tuition is non-refundable. All EDM registrations must be in by the 15th of the month prior to course start date. Example, December registration is due November 15.
  • All general enrichment refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee, if requested prior to the refund deadline.
  • Once a course has begun, we are unable to process refunds for any reason.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction.
  • Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
  • A minimum of 15 students is required for each course to run. SCOPE reserves the right to cancel a course prior to its start date due to insufficient enrollment or staffing.
  • Sibling discounts may be offered to additional sibling only, and should be applied to the course with the lowest fee. When registering select the additional sibling discount drop-down price upon registration.

Attendance & Family Commitment

  • Full participation and consistent attendance are required.
  • Late arrivals and early pickups may disrupt the program and may not be able to be accommodated.
  • Please note that while it is always our intent to run enrichment programming as scheduled, we cannot guarantee continuous scheduling without interruption. At times, circumstances beyond our control may require a date to be canceled or postponed. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding should any adjustments become necessary.
  • Parents and guardians are expected to follow all drop-off and pick-up procedures, including supervising younger children, adhering to parking guidelines, and following staff guideliens during drop off, pick up and transitions.
  • Family members are not permitted to stay during the duration of an enrichment course.
  • Excessive late pick ups can result in warnings or removal from the program.
